Keys to Well-Being Course

Keys to Well-Being: A Credit Course for Teachers

Born from Real Classroom Experience

During our pilot programs of The Loving Purple Light relaxation practice in elementary schools, we discovered something beautiful: teachers were benefiting from the practice just as much as their students. As educators facilitated LPL sessions, they found themselves recentering and relaxing alongside their students, experiencing their own profound moments of calm and connection.

This discovery led to a deeper understanding - for teachers to effectively facilitate well-being for their students, they must first focus on their own well-being.

About the Course

The Keys to Well-Being Course guides educators in cultivating an inner foundation of presence, calm, and connection—the essential elements of true well-being. More than a professional development program, it’s an invitation to rediscover balance and bring that transformation into every aspect of teaching and learning. Through this course, participants gain practical tools and insights to nurture both their own well-being and the well-being of their students and school community.

Keys to Well-Being was born from Denise C. Drake's deep belief that we are here to feel good, to know our inherent worth, and to grow in environments where we feel safe, seen, and heard.

"In a world overflowing with facts and information — especially through technology — what we're often missing is connection: connection to each other, connection to ourselves, and connection to the present moment. Well-being supplies that connection."
